Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ProfitGuard 13™ by MVC Sourcing ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website mvcsourcing.com and any services provided by Ma. Vanessa Campeciño under the MVC Sourcing brand.

Our Services

ProfitGuard 13™ by MVC Sourcing provides Amazon FBA product sourcing and validation services, including but not limited to:

Core Validation (Tier 1) — Product validation using the 13-point ProfitGuard scoring system
Growth Operator (Tier 2) — Expanded validation with market timing and competitor analysis
Full-Scale Precision (Tier 3) — Complete sourcing package with full capital analysis
Free Sample Validation — One complimentary product validation for new clients

💡 Our services are advisory and research-based. We provide data-driven analysis to support your sourcing decisions — final purchasing decisions remain solely with you as the client.

No Guarantee of Results

While we use professional tools and proven methodologies to validate products, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, sales performance, or profit margins.

Amazon marketplace conditions change frequently and are beyond our control
Past results shared as case studies do not guarantee future performance
Our analysis is based on data available at the time of the report
Market conditions, fees, and competition may change after delivery of our report

⚠️ All sourcing and purchasing decisions are made at your own risk. MVC Sourcing is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of decisions made based on our reports.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
Free sample validation is available once per client — subsequent requests require payment

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our research and data-intensive services:

Refunds are not available once work has commenced on your project
If work has not yet started, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment
In cases of significant error on our part, a partial credit or redo may be offered at our discretion
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of receiving your deliverable

Confidentiality

We understand that your product ideas and business information are sensitive. We commit to:

Keeping all client product information strictly confidential
Not sharing, selling, or disclosing your product research to any third party
Not pursuing any products we validate for you for our own commercial use

We ask that you also keep our proprietary 13-point validation methodology, scoring systems, and reports confidential and not share them with competitors or publish them publicly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, the ProfitGuard 13™ name, and the 13-point validation system are the intellectual property of MVC Sourcing.

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission
Reports delivered to you are for your personal business use only
You may not resell or redistribute our reports or methodology

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Use our reports only for lawful business purposes
Not use our services to validate products that violate Amazon's policies
Communicate professionally and respectfully at all times
Make final sourcing decisions independently and responsibly

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVC Sourcing and Ma. Vanessa Campeciño shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Decisions made based on our research reports
Changes in Amazon marketplace policies or fees after report delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who:

Violates these Terms of Service
Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
Misrepresents their identity or business
Attempts to misuse our proprietary methodology

In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels in the Philippines.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
